As a kid, sitting around my grandmother’s dinner table was something I looked forward to. It guaranteed a delicious meal and precious time spent with family. Of course, there was always a dessert or three, LOL!

Sunday dinners, sitting around the table talking, laughing, singing- enjoying each others company... that is my inspiration. Every meal I prepare and dessert I bake is an opportunity to connect and share with family, friends, and loved ones.

Working in foodservice over the past thirty years my mission has evolved. Not only do I strive to nourish my clients one dish at a time, but I work to maximize the health benefit of each recipe by sourcing whole, fresh, nutrient dense food and preparing it with integrity…small batch, scratch made. Food is love, food is medicine.
